I have no idea why the error won't go away, or how I'm supposed to fix it, so hopefully someone out there can give me advice. No matter what I do the error will not go away, and I don't have any more ideas! I replaced that tileset (know a perfect copy of my old one) into the old project, it STILL popped up the error. After doing that same thing in another project, then saving it. The only thing I recall doing to the tiles was change the invisible tile so that I could walk on it. I'm not using ANY custom tilesets, only default ones, but it seems it doesn't want to read ANY tileset files no matter what I do. I've replaced the file almost a dozen times now with new files from brand new projects that work perfectly, however the error keeps recurring! I continued to swap out the corrupt files from my back-up file, as I had read online, however when I reached the "Failed to Load Tileset Data" error it wouldn't go away.
#Rpg maker mv tilesets to vx ace update
I was able to fix that by copying and pasting it from my back-up folder (which hadn't been update for ~5 hours) at the direction of other forums. That worked, but it popped up more errors. It just wouldn't feel the same.Īfter it restarted, I tried opening my project but it popped up the error "Failed to Load Actor Data". This project is very important to me, and I've spent 10-20 hours working on it and I am NOT willing to completely recreate everything from scratch! It would take way too long, be a waste of time, and, even if I didn't, it would be completely different.
#Rpg maker mv tilesets to vx ace plus
My laptop restarted randomly today while it was charging because it was low on battery (even though it was almost 40% charged plus plugged in and charging, but that's a different problem) while I was working on an RPG Maker VX Ace project. So DO NOT refer me to any other forums, because I already know that they're problems are completely different and the "solutions" do not work for me. Before you start reading, please know I've already searched through all available forums for the solution, and none of the things that worked for others have worked for me.
